Welcome

My name is Pauline Julien, I'm a writer, editor, proofreader and beta reader with a focus on fantasy fiction (children's, YA, NA, adult). My qualifications include a BA in English (2018) and an MA in Creative Writing (2021).

Having been born in the late 90s, I grew up with The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Narnia, His Dark Materials, Robin Hobb's books (to name a few), which all left a deep mark on me and made me want to start writing my own stories as soon as I knew how to!

I've been a professional editor, proofreader, and beta reader for a few years, working on a variety of different projects such as clients' short stories and novels, video games, interactive stories...
